Construction Company Health and Safety Policy

Under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, every employer by law with 5 or more employees must prepare and update as necessary a Construction Company Health and Safety Policy.

As well as, under the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, an employer must provide adequate and appropriate first aid facilities and equipment, rendered by qualified first aiders.
