Contrary to what other software companies may say, we offer training because we know that some people may want it – this does not mean the software is difficult!

We regularly update the software with latest regulations and software improvements. With a full licence and an up-to-date Support & Updates package in place you can download the latest software updates. If you don’t have an in-date package see below.

Your Support & Updates package

If you’re a subscriber then the Support & Updates package is included. If you bought the software outright, your Support & Updates package was free in year one. From year two you can renew for a small annual fee. The package includes unlimited, uncapped telephone backup, email support and web chats (Mon-Fri 9am - 5.00pm), how-to videos, Knowledge Base and regular software updates. If your Support & Updates has expired you can renew online in the Shop or over the phone on 0117 916 7892.

What you could be missing

If you renew your Support & Updates package year on year, you have peace of mind that you’ll always have the latest version with current legislation (where relevant), all bugs fixed and new features and enhancements (often suggested by our customers) installed. If your Support & Updates package lapses, you may have to upgrade your software rather than renew it depending on the elapsed period. You can upgrade in the online Shop here. If you’re not sure of the age/version of your software just give us a call on 0117 916 7892. Please note - when you upgrade you’ll receive ALL the updates that have gone before.
