Easy to edit COSHH Assessments

If you are aware of additional substances on site that are not covered by the COSHH Assessments listed, you should add extra COSHH Assessments to your project from the Health & Safety Xpert library of COSHH Assessments using the Add button.

Or you can create a new COSHH Assessment by pressing the New button.

Similarly, you can delete any you think you do not require using the Delete button.

Having selected a COSHH Assessment, you can use the Edit button to review it and make changes.

Once you are satisfied with the COSHH Assessments, simply press Print button to print copies.

Identify and record any risks

Use the COSHH Assessments included in Health & Safety Xpert® to help you identify and record any risks associated with dangerous substances and the measures that you have taken to control and prevent exposure. It is important to file these records so that they could be consulted by an inspector if necessary.

• EH 40. This is a HSE publication containing a list of workplace exposure limits for use with the COSHH Regulations 2002
• Risk and safety phrases. This is a list which contains details of special risks attributed to dangerous substances and preparations, together with safety advice.
