Free Skills Bootcamps – Construction Management Skills

Construction  Management Skills –  Skills Bootcamp – New Anglia LEP and West of England Combined Authority, HBXL & CPJ Education

Great news! HBXL has been recognised by local authorities for its professional software tools and training expertise. So we’re really pleased to be able to offer this new Skills Bootcamp in Construction Management Skills – funded by the Department for Education. We’re working on this important training opportunity with experienced partners, CPJ Education. All learners will be provided with the HBXL software needed for the duration of the course.

It is a 16-week training course, providing a blend of technical skills and industry awareness. It’s part of the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee, helping everyone gain skills for life. The learner has the support of a tutor throughout, and can gain CITB certification through the Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme.

The majority of the course is delivered remotely online but there are two face-to-face days at the end of the course to achieve the CITB SSSTS qualification. These two days will be delivered as close to the learner’s location as possible. The CITB estimate that at least 800 new Supervisors and Project Managers will be required in the East of England by 2026 and at least 500 in the West of England.
