Election? Not another one? Well this is something quite different. We’re not one for speeches but… HBXL’s aim is to improve the chances for building firms across the UK. What do you need to do?

Put your cross against one – or more – of our software tools. Whether you buy or subscribe over the phone or via our online shop, so long as you place your order, and transfer the appropriate payment by 5pm on 5.7.24, you will automatically be entered into the HBXL prize draw. One entry per transaction/purchase or subscription of full licence product between 9.00am 1.7.24 and 5.00pm 5.7.24.

  1. The prize is subject to availability, and House Builder XL Ltd reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative product of equal or higher value if necessary, at the promoters’ discretion.
  2. Only full licence perpetual products or full licence 12-month subscriptions over £500+VAT qualify.
  3. HBXL Building Software is the promoter.
  4. The promotions are not open to employees of House Builder XL Ltd.
  5. Prize draws and competitions are only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  6. Payment of the software tool(s) must have been received to be entered into the draw.
  7. There is one first prize and no cash alternative.
  8. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions
  9. The winner will be selected at random after the closing date from all entries received (each purchaser/subscriber of full licence product are as per clause 1 qualifies as an entrant). The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The draw will take place on 8.7.24 and the winner will be notified by email (using the details provided at the date of entry). Following such notification, the winner will be required to send House Builder XL Ltd full details of their postal address to which the Prize will be delivered
  11. If House Builder XL Ltd cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter’s sole discretion); or (ii) the winner does not return details of its postal address to the Promoter within 14 days of notification that they have won the Prize, House Builder XL Ltd reserves the right to re-draw a winner of the Promotion and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.
  12. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the Prize. House Builder XL Ltd accepts no responsibility for the Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
  13. By entering any House Builder XL Ltd prize draws and competitions you agree to having your name, details and photo published online or in future marketing material.
  14. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize draw and amend the rules.
