I mainly use EstimatorXpress software, have been for donkeys years as it’s really accurate in its pricing and is very up to date with the current market prices. Many customers request 3 initial estimates and mine normally fall somewhere in the middle, and due to their accuracy I often win work. I also have the HBXL Health & Safety Xpert and Contracts Xpert software which are both very easy to use and although I do not use them as frequently as EstimatorXpress due to the nature of some of my projects, when I do have work that is not through an architect these two software’s help greatly to maintain a professional appearance.
