Note that Comera Energy Limited have their own terms and conditions of use which you must accept separately.

Terms of use

  1. General
    1. These terms and conditions shall apply when you click Send.
    2. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to create an agreement for us to sell goods or supply services offered by Comera Energy Limited. HBXL provide advertising and referral services to you. By clicking Send you are making a request for quotations on building materials for your job to Comera Energy Limited. This offer may be accepted or rejected by Comera Energy Limited and if accepted is done so on the terms and conditions of Comera Energy Limited.
    3. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and your continued use of the Comera Energy Limited quotation facility shall constitute acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
    4. If any provision of this agreement is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and where capable the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement shall not be affected.
    5. If we fail to enforce a right under this agreement, that failure will not prevent us from enforcing other that right or other rights on a later occasion.
    6. We may assign or transfer our rights under this agreement.

      2. “we” “us” and “our” means HBXL, a trading name of House Builder XL Limited its employees and agents, its successors and includes any other person or business to whom we may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions.

    9. Your obligations

    10. Licence to use Software
      1. We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the software.

None-professional users should seek professional advice.

Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, loss of business information, pecuniary loss, special, incidental or consequential loss) arising out of the use of failure of or inability to use the Comera Energy Limited quotation facility, even if we have been advised of such damages. In any case, our and our supplier’s entire liability under any provision of this agreement shall be limited £1 million (being the extent of our insurance cover).
