EstimatorXpress takes the guesswork out of budgeting by providing precise cost estimates. The drawing file from PlansXpress is read by EstimatorXpress to automatically produce the numbers.

It’s also the most popular building estimating software with the UK’s small to medium sized building firms. As well as new builds, it’s used for retro-fitting and renovating properties, building loft conversions and extensions. Estimating  time is reduced and accuracy increased.

The pack comes with a whole host of valuable documents (automatically produced from the estimate), such as material schedules and cash flow reports.

ContractsXpert simplifies the legal aspects of construction projects by generating professional contracts. It ensures that all parties are on the same page, reducing misunderstandings and disputes.

The estimate file from EstimatorXpress is read by ContractsXpert in order to populate the relevant letters and forms. And all the documents can be stored in the BuildProjex library in the cloud.
