Want to plan, manage and deliver construction projects more effectively? During the online Project & Job Management Skills Bootcamp, you’ll benefit from professional advice from experts in their field. You’ll gain practical experience in project scheduling, budgeting and digital job management. You’ll also learn about leadership, communication, sustainability, health and safety, compliance and managing the people involved in a construction project.
You’ll receive valuable guidance on protecting cashflow and profit. You’ll learn about contracts, deposits, stage payments, workplace culture and building stronger relationships with clients, subcontractors and teams. You’ll also complete the PRINCE2® 7 Foundation course. You’ll finish the programme with greater confidence in your ability to manage successful building projects in a demanding and competitive construction industry.
Who is Project & Job Management for?
We train people who are new to the construction industry and those who, after years in the business, have recognised that the world has changed and want the latest knowledge. Plus, everyone in between. As long as you’re 19+, then go for it! All we ask from you is a real interest and willingness to learn.
Whether you’re unemployed, self-employed and looking to upskill, running a building business, wanting a career change, stepping back into work after a break, or an employee keen to take on more responsibility… let’s talk.
“I’m learning more than I ever imagined I would.”
