Health & Safety Xpert 2021: Now add images, plus new management documents, Covid-19 updates…

Health & Safety Xpert 2021 is out! All of our software tools are important but it would be difficult to argue that this tool is anything but essential. Our job is to keep you up-to-date with your site health and safety management in the eyes of the law. We want to help you keep your staff and subcontractors safe on site – and visitors and the public too. Which is why we check for changes in legislation (and Covid-19 has prompted a number of updates) and also respond to suggestions for new features from the HBXL team and users of the software.

So we’re very pleased to announce the arrival of the 2021 version. Take a look at all the new additions here.

A new Image attachments panel

This allows you to add images/photos to many of your documents. Previously this feature was only available in Method Statements.

On-board Gantt Chart

Improvements have been made to the on-board Gantt Chart. When importing jobs from EstimatorXpress the dependencies are now imported. Yo can also add and remove dependencies.

  • Update to the “Covid-19 Secure” poster on the project details tab.
  • A few bugs have been squashed  – no more jumping/scrolling issue when clicking in text boxes when editing HS37: Simple construction phase plan. No more error messages showing when creating a new project that has spaces at the end of the project name. And no more memory issues.
