Estimating a complex job quickly and accurately - what no one else is telling you.

When: Wednesday 23rd April 2025, 7pm – 8.30pm

Where: Online via our webinar system

Who: Matthew Allan: Experienced Estimator & HBXL Sales Consultant

Product: Take-off & Estimate Kit

We could demonstrate a single storey lean-to extension. Or we could show you a more complex project. Our estimating software isn’t just for the simple jobs on the flat, our tools have the power and torque to handle much tougher terrain.

Using our Take-off & Estimate Kit, Matthew will drive you through a project including this little lot:

• Demolition work
• Steelwork
• Drainage
• Roof strips
• Multi-type external walls (brick and block, block and block with render)
• Changes to the loft space…

A spreadsheet would have to be extraordinary to cover every hour of labour and every single nail (using the latest material prices). You may think you are covering all your costs in your quotes, but are you actually? Get it wrong and you can wave your margin goodbye.

Join us on 23.4.25 to see why success is made on your laptop, not on site. Accurate, digital estimating is where you make your money. We’ll give it to you straight. If you’ve got what it takes, we’ll see you there.

PlansXpress Take-off | EstimatorXpress

Available as annual subscription or perpetual licence

Unlike other take-off tools which only measure and count, ours gives you a cost too. You trace the drawings in PlansXpress Take-off, choosing your building method and materials as you go. Then using the traced plan, EstimatorXpress works out the quantities of all the materials, labour and plant you need, and automatically calculates the total cost.
