A fantastic opportunity has arisen at HBXL Building Software, the building software specialists, to join a friendly, motivated & expanding team as a part-time Sales Administrator to cover maternity leave.
The Sales Administrator will be joining the existing sales and marketing team to which the Sales Administrator will provide administrative support with a can-do attitude.

The role also provides support to Directors.
Duties require the management of data for clients (new and existing) in Sales Force CRM, ensuring all communication is logged and customer records are accurate as well as ensuring synchronisation of order status between Sales Force CRM and other in-house systems.
You will have experience of data management, excellent administration skills and experience managing inbound calls.
You will be articulate, with good verbal and written communication skills
You will be able to prioritise your workload effectively and have excellent organisational skills
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and hopefully have used CRM systems
You will ideally have previous experience in Administration.
10am-2.15pm per day, inc 15 mins break (some flexibility in exact hours may be possible)
£17,000 pro-rata (20 hours per week = £9k p.a)
