A letter to our HBXL building community from Adrian Wild, founder and MD

Hello,

I hope you are safe and well.

I just wanted to say how impressed and humbled our customers have made us feel.

One message is coming through loud and clear.

‘I haven’t come this far to only come this far’.

Like households across the country, our HBXL team is adjusting to a different way of life. Many are juggling childcare, supporting older family members, and adapting to working from home and the challenges that brings.

But it’s the spirit of our building community that is making the transition so much easier.

  • Many of you have already taken the opportunity to invest time, and yes money (some taking advantage of cash flow-friendly subscriptions) to learn a new software tool.
  • Builders with an eye on a full service in the future are taking on PlansXpress.
  • They’re experimenting with the new graphics that make the drawings doubling appealing to prospective customers.
  • They’re producing 3D drawings that would blow the competition out of the water.
  • HBXL customers challenging themselves with new skills.
  • Getting on top of their Health & Safety processes.
  • Getting their contract writing automated.

Builder owners, making sure that their employees and sub-contractors have a business to come back to when this crisis passes. We get it. We know we wouldn’t be here without the support of our software users over the past 20 years. And we’ve been through the good and the bad times together.

We can point you in the direction of free trials, how-to videos, our free EstimatorXpress Software Skills courses, inexpensive health & safety, business and marketing training, free business mentoring, and much more. Just call 0117 916 7892.

But we can also check in with each other to see how things are going. So do please keep in touch via chat, email or phone.

We’re staying positive. Working hard. Being patient. Clearly thousands of builders nation wide, are doing the same too. Thank you. Let’s build a great business together.

Stay safe.
